Accessories Profiler
IBL For the evaluation of
temperature profiles IBL recommends the
FlobalPoint series of profilers.
The measurements can either be done using a profiling shuttle within
the process chamber or through the data interface outside the vapour
phase system.
In combination with the IBL
VP-Control software, all measurements can be used simultaneously to set
up the system during operation.
